Before the episode, Angelica Livraghi would have forgotten to wear underpants, and then would come to make his nomination without underwear, and would therefore be - unintentionally - presented in the remake of the famous scene in Basic Instinct which made famous the movie and Sharon Stone. Only the Livraghi would have done that in a reality show, live, during the eleventh episode of Big Brother 11.
Well, that Angelica would be the first confessional without underwear history of reality shows.
